What to Know
Please read the following before you schedule an in-person or remote training session.
Duddy Performance has a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel any session less than 24 hours prior, we ask that you still pay for the session.
What to Wear to Your Session
Come wearing comfortable clothes you can move around and get into different positions in.
What to Expect
Before your session
- it is normal to be nervous! Especially if you have not worked with a coach before.
During your session
- we will start with foam rolling, mobility work, glute & core activation, and a strength training circuit.
After your session
- expect to be sore! To mitigate some of this you should focus on: hydrating well, eating nutrient-dense foods, and moving your body (walking/foam rolling/etc).
