Our Mission
At Duddy Performance, we are dedicated to creating a supportive, inclusive, and empowering environment where individuals of all backgrounds can thrive. We believe in meeting each person where they are—whether they are athletes, active adults, or anyone looking to improve their health and well-being. Through compassionate and honest communication, we foster relationships built on trust and integrity.
We offer tailored programs that challenge each person based on their unique needs, ensuring they feel safe, competent, and excited about their progress.
We encourage risk-taking, embrace failure as part of growth, and believe in the power of grit and determination. With a focus on functional fitness, health, and long-term sustainability, we inspire our clients to stay committed and accountable while having fun along the way. Our commitment to empathy, encouragement, and positivity ensures that everyone who walks through our doors feels seen, supported, and motivated to keep moving forward.
We implore individuals to take ownership of their well-being, fostering an environment where young people in particular, feel empowered, confident, and comfortable in their own skin.
Our Values
Integrity
We are only as good as our word; if we say we are going to do something, we do it. We set standards for our athletes and ourselves and we uphold those standards with integrity.
Honesty
We say what we mean and are open and honest with our athletes and clients. If we don’t know the answer to a question, we will say so.
Care and Concern
We care about each and everyone of our clients. When we ask “how was your weekend” or “how is your father” or “how did you sleep” we ask with genuine care and concern. We care about the whole person, not just the workout.
Inclusivity
As is enumerated in our Zero Tolerance policy, we do not tolerate exclusion or hate of any kind. We strive to be a culture where everyone is and feels welcome, regardless of gender, race, sexual orientation or physical ability.
