Hyrox is a global fitness race that combines 8 kilometers of running with 8 functional fitness stations — think sled pushes, wall balls, burpee broad jumps, and rowing. It's one consistent format, held worldwide, for every fitness level.

But you don't need to ever race to benefit from Hyrox training. The combination of sustained cardio and functional strength work is one of the most effective ways to build real-world fitness — the kind that makes you feel better in everyday life, not just in the gym.

These are the 8 functional stations that define the Hyrox format. In our classes, every single one is coached and scaled to fit your current fitness level — no experience required.

Station 01
SkiErg
Upper body pulling + core — great for building shoulder endurance.
Station 02
Sled Push
Full-body drive and leg power. Weight is scaled to your level.
Station 03
Sled Pull
Grip, posterior chain, and grit. One of the most satisfying stations.
Station 04
Burpee Broad Jump
Explosive and cardio-heavy. Modified options always available.
Station 05
Rowing
500m to 1000m of powerful, technique-driven cardio output.
Station 06
Farmers Carry
Grip, core stability, and mental toughness. Simple but brutal.
Station 07
Sandbag Lunges
Leg endurance under load — scaled by bag weight and distance.
Station 08
Wall Balls
The classic finisher. Full-body, cardio-spiking, and very satisfying to finish.

Hyrox Training FAQ

Do I need to have done Hyrox before to join a class?
Absolutely not. Most of our members had never heard of Hyrox when they started. Our coaches introduce every movement and make sure you feel confident before adding intensity. Your first class is about learning and experiencing — not keeping up with anyone.
I'm not a runner. Is this still for me?
Yes. The running component in our classes is scaled just like everything else — pace, distance, and format are all adjustable. Plenty of our members came in as non-runners and built their cardio base through consistent class attendance over time. You don't have to love running to get a lot out of Hyrox.
How is this different from a regular HIIT class?
The biggest difference is structure and specificity. Hyrox training follows a deliberate format tied to a global fitness race standard — it's not random high-intensity movements. The programming builds over time, the coaching is technical, and the community has a shared goal. It's harder to describe until you experience it.
I'm training for an actual Hyrox race. Can you help me prepare?
Absolutely. Tell your coach your race date and goal time at the start, and they'll help structure your training accordingly — including pacing strategy, station-specific work, and peak week preparation. Many of our members have completed Hyrox events at all levels.
What should I bring to my first class?
Just yourself, athletic clothing, and training shoes. All equipment is provided. We recommend bringing a water bottle and arriving 5–10 minutes early so your coach can introduce you to the space and run through anything before the session starts.
