It's a structured, coach-built 4-week training block written with your goal in mind — whether that's building a running base, getting stronger, or staying consistent while you're away from your normal routine.

You get the expertise and intentionality of working with a DP coach, delivered digitally so you can train on your own schedule, anywhere in the world. Each block is designed to build on the last, so the longer you train with us, the more dialed in your programming gets.

Online Programming FAQ

Is this the same quality as training in person at DP?
The coaching standard is exactly the same. Your program is written by the same coaches who run our in-person sessions — the difference is just delivery. You train on your own schedule rather than alongside a coach in real time, but the programming quality and intentionality are identical.
Can I do online programming if I'm already a DP member?
Absolutely — and it's a great complement. Online programming works particularly well for DP members who travel frequently, want extra training days between in-person sessions, or are targeting a specific goal like a race or strength milestone alongside their regular training.
What if I don't have access to a full gym?
That's exactly what the travel program is designed for. When you fill out your intake form, just tell us what equipment you have access to — hotel gym, resistance bands, bodyweight only, a set of dumbbells — and your program will be built around that. No gym required.
How is the program delivered?
Your program is delivered digitally — laid out week by week and session by session so it's clear and easy to follow. You'll have everything you need without having to figure out what comes next.
What happens after the 4 weeks?
You renew with another block. Each new block is built with your previous one in mind — so the programming evolves, the load progresses, and you keep moving forward. The longer you train with us online, the more your coach knows you and the better your programming gets.
