Personal Training FAQ

Do I need to be in shape before starting?
Absolutely not. We work with people at every fitness level — including complete beginners. Our coaches specialize in meeting you where you are and building you up from there. If you can show up, we'll take care of the rest.
How long are sessions?
Most personal training sessions are 60 minutes, including warm-up, the main workout, and a cool-down. We can also offer 45-minute sessions depending on your schedule and goals.
What if I have an injury or physical limitation?
Our coaches are trained to work around injuries and limitations safely. We'll always do a movement assessment first and communicate closely with you about what feels right. For complex medical situations, we coordinate with healthcare providers when needed.
Can I do personal training alongside other classes or sports?
Yes — and we encourage it. Your program will be designed with your full schedule in mind, so your training complements everything else you're doing rather than competing with it.
