Small Group Training FAQ

How is this different from a regular fitness class?
The biggest difference is group size and coach involvement. A typical fitness class has 15–30+ people with a coach who can't realistically track everyone. Our small groups max out at 6 people, so your coach is actually watching your form, adjusting your weights, and calling you by name — every session.
Do I need to already be fit to join?
Not at all. We group people by general experience level so the workouts are appropriate. Beginners are absolutely welcome — our coaches are skilled at scaling exercises to meet everyone where they are.
What does a typical session look like?
Sessions are 60 minutes and follow a clear structure: warm-up, a strength or conditioning block (sometimes both), and a cool-down. Programming is designed in cycles so you're building on previous sessions — not just doing random workouts.
Can I also do 1:1 personal training alongside small group?
Yes — and many of our clients do exactly that. Small group sessions work great as your primary training, with a 1:1 session added once a week for more individualized focus. We'll design the combination to complement each other.
How do I reserve a spot in a session?
You can view and reserve spots through our online scheduling system. Members get priority booking. Once you're signed up, you'll get a confirmation and a reminder before each session. Spots fill fast — we recommend booking a few days ahead.
