Youth sports performance isn't about turning kids into machines — it's about giving young athletes the physical foundation to compete confidently, stay healthy, and love what they do. At Duddy Performance, we coach the whole athlete.

Our programs are built specifically for developing bodies and minds. We focus on fundamental movement skills, strength, speed, coordination, and confidence — the building blocks that make every sport easier and every athlete better.

Whether your athlete is just getting started or already competing at a high level, our coaches meet them exactly where they are and build from there — with patience, expertise, and a whole lot of encouragement.

Sessions focus on movement quality, athleticism, and age-appropriate strength development. Every athlete is coached as an individual within the group — their effort, their progress, their wins.

Youth Sports Performance FAQ

What ages do you work with?
Our youth programs are designed for athletes ages 10–18. We group athletes by age and development level so the programming is always appropriate and the environment feels right for everyone in the session.
Does my child need to play a specific sport to join?
Not at all. Our programming is sport-agnostic — we focus on the fundamental athletic skills that transfer to every sport. We work with soccer players, basketball players, gymnasts, lacrosse players, swimmers, and kids who just want to get stronger and more confident in their bodies.
Is weightlifting safe for young athletes?
Yes — when it's done correctly. Age-appropriate strength training is not only safe for young athletes, it's one of the most effective ways to improve performance and reduce injury risk. Our coaches are trained in youth development and always prioritize movement quality over load. We never rush progression.
How do the weekly sessions work?
Weekly sessions run Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Wednesday early release days. Each session is coach-led, structured, and follows a progressive curriculum. Athletes can attend one or multiple sessions per week depending on their schedule and goals.
When are the vacation and summer camps?
We run camps during February break, April break, and select weeks throughout the summer. Exact dates vary by year — contact us directly for current camp dates and availability. Spots fill up fast so we recommend reaching out early!
Can my child join mid-season or mid-year?
Absolutely. Athletes can join at any point in the year. Our coaches will assess where your athlete is and integrate them into the program at the right level. There's no wrong time to start investing in your athlete's development.
