Mid November… wow. Can you believe it?

Lately, we’ve been talking a lot about strength at DP — physical strength, mental strength, consistency, momentum. But there’s another kind of strength that’s just as important, especially this time of year: the strength that comes from community.

People are flocking to gyms in record numbers. Yes, the word on exercise is out — but that’s not the only driving force. People are craving connection. They want to feel part of something bigger than themselves.

And, as the winter months roll in, community becomes even more important. It’s easy to stay home, stay cozy, and stay put — which is exactly why building relationships and solid habits matters so much.

At DP, you might walk through the door for a workout… but it’s the people around you who help you stay committed, motivated, and supported in ways that reach far beyond barbells and reps.
